Can XETA use the GPS devices already in our vehicles?
XETA reads positions through the tracking provider’s API. Vietcaso reviews the devices you use and integrates them during onboarding.
What fleet size is XETA for?
From a handful to several dozen vehicles. XETA currently runs a fleet of more than 20 tour and charter vehicles every day.
Can drivers use it on their phones?
Yes, with nothing to install. Drivers open the XETA web app in their phone’s browser and sign in with an account linked to their profile to see assigned trips and get notified of new trips or schedule changes.
Can we see profit per vehicle?
Costs are recorded per vehicle and by type (fuel, tolls, maintenance…) and combined with trip revenue to give net profit for any period.
